Players are now ready to begin in what marks the middle of Day 1s in the partypoker MILLIONS North America $5,300 Main Event. Day 1C is set to begin play at 12:00 EST, at the Playground Poker Club in Montreal, Canada. This event has the largest guaranteed prizepool in Canadian history, with an outstanding $10,000,000 up for grabs and at least the top three people becoming millionaires.

The tournament is already on pace to surpass the guarantee and with players still flying in from all around the world, it surely will. The number of satellites taking place over the past several months will help contribute to the overall prizepool. The last three starting flights are expected to have the largest amount of players to take a shot at becoming a millionaire.

Players will be starting the day off with the blinds at 5,000/10,000 and a button ante of 5,000. After the first level, the button ante will be that of the big blind. The blinds will be 60-minutes in length with a 15-minute break after every two levels. A total of eight levels are to be played before the remaining players will be bagging their chips.

Late registration will not be officially closed until after level 12 on each of the Day 2s. Players will be allowed one re-entry on each Day 1, as well as each Day 2. Players may also bag multiple stacks on Day 1 and play both of the Day 2s. If players are to bag multiple stacks from the Day 2s, they will play the bigger stack and the smaller stack will be forfeited.

The PokerNews live reporting team will be bringing live updates throughout the entire event.
