Amedi Back to a Million

Niveau 7 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

The flop was {q-Spades}{9-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} when Kahle Burns bet 100,000 in a pot that had about 250,000 in it from the under-the-gun position. Netanel Amedi called from middle position and the two went to the {j-Hearts} on the turn.

Burns checked to Amedi who fired a bet of 425,000 with only 125,000 behind but that was more than enough to make Burns quickly fold his hand.

Kisacikoglu Gets his Flush Paid Off

Niveau 7 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Orpen Kisacikoglu bet 405,000 on the river, from the cutoff, on a {9-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{k-Diamonds} board. Jakob Miegel, in the big blind, began to think it over.

Miegel used three time bank chips before making the call, but mucked when Kisacikoglu turned over {j-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} for the flush.

Casagrande Doubles Through Riess

Niveau 7 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Ryan Riess
Ryan Riess

Harald Casagrande got his money in good with {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds} against the {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds} of none other than Ryan Riess. Riess did flop a little of equity on the {k-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} flop, but the {10-Clubs} turn and {4-Clubs} river didn't help him.

Casagrande doubled back up to over the starting stack of 1,000,000 while Riess takes a hit.

Mdanat Dishes Boivin a Bustout Cooler

Niveau 7 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Yazan Mdanat, in the big blind, bet 125,000 on a {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{9-Hearts} flop, and Thomas Boivin called from the cutoff.

The turn paired the board, with the {q-Diamonds} coming in. Mdanat bet another 125,000, and Boivin once again called.

The river fell {6-Hearts}, and Mdanat went all in, having Boivin covered. Boivin snap called, but saw the devastating news that his {a-Clubs}{q-} was no good against the better full house of Mdanat, who had {a-Diamonds}{a-Spades}.

Niveau 7 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Charlie Carrel raised from the hijack to 40,000 and World Champion Hossein Ensan sat in the cutoff. He three-bet to 125,000 and everyone folded back to Carrel.

Carrel told Ensan he believed him this time and he folded.

A part of the schedule here at the 2019 partypoker LIVE MILLIONS Europe is Ensan's welcome home party on Saturday. Until then he is battling it out at the felt in King's Resort Rozvadov.

Wu Takes Million-Plus Pot

Niveau 6 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

With more than 1.2 million chips already in the pot, Yake Wu used a time bank from the small blind, with the board showing {3-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}{j-Spades}{9-Hearts}. Thomas Boivin, in the cutoff, awaited Wu's next move.

Wu made that move a big one, going all in and forcing Boivin to make a decision for what would be the remainder of his chips if he called. That decision didn't take long, as Boivin quickly folded.

Fresh off of a runner-up finish in yesterday's Triton Short Deck event, Wu has built a formidable stack with two levels remaining in Day 1b.
