Hecklen In Charge

Niveau 7 : 400/800, 800 ante

Henrik Hecklen and Scott Seiver were in the midst of a heavyweight battle and there were around 25,000 chips in the middle preflop. On a flop of {j-Spades}{8-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}, Hecklen led out for 15,000 from the small blind and Seiver called in position.

The turn brought the {a-Diamonds} and Hecklen fired another 15,000 bet. Seiver instantly sent his cards to the muck and Hecklen scooped the pot to sit with a stack of over 200,000.

Bedell Counterfeits Kanit's Two Pair

Niveau 7 : 400/800, 800 ante

Mustapha Kanit opened to 1,800 from under the gun and Tom-Aksel Bedell three-bet to 3,500 just a couple of seats over. The action folded back to Kanit who called to see a flop of {q-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}.

Kanit check-called a bet of 3,000 from Bedell and the {j-Spades} landed on the turn. Both players checked and the {3-Spades} paired the board on the river. Kanit stuck in a bet of 17,000 and Bedell gave it some thought but made the call. Kanit rolled over {q-Hearts}{j-Hearts} for two pair but Bedell showed {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs} for aces up.

Kitai Puts Schemion in the Tank

Niveau 7 : 400/800, 800 ante

With nearly 20,000 in the middle, a completed board of {a-Clubs}{q-Spades}{5-Hearts}{6-Spades}{9-Spades} was spread across the felt. Ole Schemion bet 15,000 from middle position and Davidi Kitai shipped all in directly on his left.

Schemion had a decision for the rest of his sub 50,000 chips and he used up two time extensions to do so. He eventually slipped his cards to the muck and Kitai dragged in a large pot.

Haxton Calls and Loses

Niveau 7 : 400/800, 800 ante

On a {4-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} board, Isaac Haxton bet 3,500 in middle position and faced a raise to 8,000 from small blind Christopher Kennedy. Haxton called the wager and they saw a {2-Clubs} river. Kennedy waved to the dealer, motioning that all his chips were in. Haxton got a count of 36,400 and called in short order.

Kennedy showed {a-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} for trips and Haxton showed he'd gotten very unlucky as he held {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}.

In a three-bet pot, Daniel Dvoress and David Peters were heads-up with a flop of {5-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{2-Spades}. Dvoress led out for 5,500 from the big blind and Peters called on the button.

The turn was the {6-Diamonds} and Dvoress moved all in. Peters called off his stack of 20,100 and the cards were tabled. Dvoress showed {9-Spades}{9-Clubs} which was ahead of Peters with {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}. However, the {j-Hearts} on the river paired Peters' jack and he scored a double up.
