17 Players Return To Play Down to a Winner in WCOOP-02-H: $10,300 [8-Max, Progressive KO, Sunday Slam]

Day 2 of WCOOP-02-H: $10,300 [8-Max, Progressive KO, Sunday Slam] will restart at 7:05 p.m. CEST here on PokerStars with 17 players out of 136 entries returning to the virtual felt. The tournament featured a $1,5000,000 guaranteed prize pool and as all the players are in the money, they will all be eyeing up those pay jumps.

Dimitar "KuuL" Danchev will be coming back today with a massive chip lead of 7,383,474 which is more than double what Scott "Aggro Santos" Margereson had collected on Day 1 which was 2,891,908. Completing the top five in the counts are Patrick "pads1161" Leonard, Mike "SirWatts" Watson, and Pieter "XMorphineX" Aerts.

But there are still many more familiar names left in the field, don't count out players like Javier "que_te_crio" Fernandez, Parker "tonkaaaa" Talbot, Andrey "Anjeyyy" Novak, Christian "WATnlos" Rudolph, and Joao "Naza114" Vieira for example.

They have all already secured at least $13,170 to add to their bankrolls but that first-place prize of $152,682 and the WCOOP title is the one to covet for them. The eventual winner will also be claiming their own bounty to add on top of that.

When play resumes, they will finish the remainder of Level 19 which features a small blind of 17,500, a big blind of 35,000, and a running ante of 4,500. Level duration will remain at 20 minutes until the end of a play with a 5-minute break every hour at 55 minutes past the hour. The PokerStars Twitch Stream will be up and running again with hole cards on display on a 30-minute security delay.

PokerNews will be right here to provide you with all the action as it happens, so stick around to see who will be claiming that WCOOP victory later today.
