Jour 1 terminé
The first day of play in WCOOP-69-H: $10,300 8-Game [High Roller] is now complete with seven players left in the game. Andrew "ClockWyze" Pantling takes a slim lead into Day 2, after dominating the early part of eight-handed play. Pantling found the big stack from a field of 67 entries.
Both "RaulGonzalez" and Stephen "stevie444" Chidwick cut into the chip leader in late Day 1 play to build stacks bigger than 1 million. Also making it through to Day 2 are Joao "Naza114" Vieira and Mike "goleafsgoeh" Leah who had a roller coaster ride during the final two tables, and had to survive a small stack to make it through.

Action got underway at 2:05 p.m. eastern time, and the field grew steadily. When the five hours and ten minutes of registration was complete, a total of 67 entries were on the board. That put $670K into the prize pool, with seven players expected to share in those prizes.
However, just 20 players were left with chips when the gates came down, and along the way a few players, like Andrey "Kroko-dill" Zaichenko, Talal "raidalot" Shakerchi, Patrick "pads1161" Leonard, and Mike "SirWatts" Watson fired three bullets but missed the target.
It took about two hours to play down to the final seven, and among those to fall along the way were Benny "RunGodlike" Glaser, Shaun "shaundeeb" Deeb, and Alexander "joiso" Kostritsyn. Dzmitry "colisea" Urbanovich was the unfortunate bubble, bricking a straight draw against the flopped two pair of "hotmark777" during limit hold'em.
Remaining players are all guaranteed at least $28,088, with $235,531 up top. Action for Day 2 gets underway on Monday September 21st at 2:05 p.m. eastern time, and PokerNews will be there to bring you the action while they play down to a winner.
Dzmitry "colisea" Urbanovich raised under the gun, and "hotmark777" made the call from the big blind. The flop came and "hotmark777" check-raised. Urbanovich called to see
on the turn, leaving himself a bit more than 120K behind.
That all went in with a bet, a raise, a reraise and a call.

Urbanovich flopped a straight draw, but needed to hit as "hotmark777" flopped two pair. The turn and river bricked for Urbanovich and he was out in eighth place, bubbling the final day as well as the money.
