Francia Wins the Race to Stay In It
Niveau 12
: Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
A player in middle position raised to 8,000 and it folded to Chris Francia in the small blind who three-bet all in for 25,000. The big blind folded and the middle position player made the call to put Francia at risk.
Chris Francia: A♦K♣
Middle Position: J♠J♣
It was a race but Francia would need to improve to stay in the tournament. But the board ran out K♥3♣K♦4♥8♣ and Francia made trip kings to take the pot and double up.
