The Super High Roller Bowl Europe is in full swing and as the final table of Event #4: $50,000 NLH plays down to a winner, Event #5: $50,000 Short Deck is set to kick off at 2 p.m. local time. The third Short Deck tournament of the series is the first where the buy-in has been increased to $50,000.

The first two Short Deck tournaments were won by poker legends Phil Ivey and Tony G. While Ivey is still battling on the final table, Tony G is expected to jump into the tournament at one point.

Players like Santi Jiang, Robert Flink, Chris Brewer, Paul Phua, Richard Yong, Danny Tang, Mikita Badziakouski, Erik Seidel, Stephen Chidwick, and more are expected to join the short deck fun too.

Players will get 100,000 chips at the start and two chances to reload and play 40-minute levels throughout. The late registration period will remain open until the start of Level 9 and players can reenter an unlimited number of times if they desire so.

As the final table of this event won't be streamed by PokerGO, the PokerNews live reporting team will be providing you with the final table information on Saturday, August 28 and when the tournament has finished, the results will be posted here. The team will be on hand though on Saturday to bring you all the action from Event #6: $100,000 so make sure to return then.
