Bouibed's hand was dominated, although he flopped an up and down straight draw on the Q♦J♣7♠ flop, while Delacroix was ahead with top pair queens.

Unfortunately for Bouibeb, the A♠ turn and 4♥ river were bricks and he exited in sixth place.

Armougon Spikes River to Double via Pruchon

Abel Pruchon raised to 400,000 from the cutoff, and Olivier Armougon announced he was all in for 5,700,000 from the button. Pruchon made the quick call.

Armougon had run into a monster but spiked the river on 4♥2♦6♠4♣A♠ to send him the double-up, which has bunched the top three up between Pruchon, Armougon and Bonnin.

Despite a terrible run of hands, Pruchon doesn't seem too flustered by the turn of events, perhaps recognizing he still has the chip lead.

Jonathan Bonnin opened to 450,000 in early position. Action folded to Abel Pruchon in the big blind, and he three-bet jammed, leveraging his huge stack and putting Bonnin in a brutal ICM spot with shorter stacks around. Bonnin did make the call.

Bonnin needed help with two overcards and it arrived on the 10♠A♦2♣J♠K♣ runout, Bonnin ending up with the nut straight.

Bonnin brings to an end Pruchon's seemingly unstoppable momentum. It will be interesting to see how Pruchon reacts to the first piece of bad news he's had today.
