Sen Secures Triple Up

Niveau 9 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante
Marc Sen
Marc Sen

Around 30,000 was already in the middle on a board of 7A42.

It appeared likely Nicolas Nabet had then bet 13,000 on the turn, Marc Sen had moved all in for 31,000 and Mohammed Aissani had called Sen's all-in, with the decision on Nabet. Nabet thought it through for a while before calling.

The 10 rolled off on the river to complete the board and both active players quickly checked.

Sen showed A10 for the rivered two pair, causing Nabet to chuck his AQ on the table in disgust. Aissani showed A5 for a worse ace than both of his opponents, although he had plenty of draws on the turn.

Seeing Aissani's cards only seemed to annoy Nabet further, who was muttering to himself and cursing his misfortune for some time after his opponent raked in the pot.

Someone at the table remarked Sen was "bullet proof".

Besnainou Cracks Aces

Niveau 9 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Ange Besnainou opened to 3,000 under the gun, and was met with a three-bet to 12,000 by Fabien Houvenaghel in middle position. Action folded back to Besnainou, who called, leaving himself about 13,000 behind.

On the 10Q8 flop, Besnainou checked to his opponent, who swiftly moved all in, with Besnainou making the quick call to put himself at risk.

Ange Besnainou: 88 All in
Fabien Houvenaghel: AA

Besnainou was in great shape with a set of eights against Houvenaghel's rockets, and no unlikely escape was provided by the 10 turn or K river, with Besnainou exclaiming "Yes!" and pumping his fist as the king landed to confirm his double-up.

Zerbib Takes Three-Bet Pot on Turn

Niveau 10 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Jerome Zerbib opened to 4,000 from middle position and was met with a three-bet to 8,500 by Patrick Schuhl behind. Action folded back to Zerbib who called.

The 7K4 flop was checked by both players.

On the J turn, Zerbib led out with a bet of 9,500 and Schuhl called.

The 8 river completed the board and Zerbib fired out a bet of 36,000. Schuhl went deep into the tank and eventually the clock was called. Before his time expired Schuhl open-folded 1010.

Saakov Secures Double-Up

Niveau 10 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Ramdjee Shahine opened to 4,000 from late position and was met with an all-in jam from Alexander Saakov for 17,500.

Action folded back to Shahine, who said "Let's gamble" as he called.

Alexander Saakov: AQ All in
Ramdjee Shahine: 106

Saakov's ace-high looked in good shape for the double-up and the Q7Q flop gave him a near lock on the hand. The A rolled off on the turn to give him the full house and leave Shahine drawing dead, the 6 river completing the board.
