Etheridge Slows Hastings' Hot Start
Niveau 2
: Blinds 200/300, 300 ante
After joining at the start of Level 2, Brian Hastings was heads up to the turn against Brian Etheridge in the big blind. With the board showing Q♣8♣4♦K♦, Etheridge checked and made the call after Hastings fired 4,000 into the middle.
The dealer flipped over the A♦ river and Etheridge led out for 7,500. After taking a moment, Hastings surrendered his hand.
"You got it," said Hastings after the dealer collected his cards.
"I think I got lucky on the river," answered Etheridge as he raked in the chips.
