Ari Shin opened to 2,200 from under the gun, with Tianyi Ma calling in middle position and John Smith coming along in the hijack.

All three players declined to be on the J♣5♣8♥ flop, with Shin leading out for 3,000 after seeing the 4♣ turn.

Ma made the call while Smith got out of the way. The 8♣ river saw Shin slow down with a check and Ma counted out a bet of 5,500.

After taking a moment, Shin opted to fold and Ma collected the pot.
