Dritan Arapi made a big open to 17,500 from the hijack and Dan Spragg shoved from the small blind for 59,500. When it got back to Arapi, he called and covered his opponent by just 500.

Both players paired their ace on the A♣6♠3♠ flop, but it was the kicker that kept Spragg in the lead. No help arrived for Arapi on the 4♦ turn or 5♥ river, and he was left with just a fraction of a big blind.
"Chip and a chair mate, that's all you need," said Spragg.
Charles Combes opened to 8,000 on the button and Martyn Frey defended his big blind.
On the 4♦4♣9♦ flop, Frey check-called a bet of 6,000 from Combes to see the A♥ hit the turn. After Frey checked, Combes sized up with a bet of 35,000, and Frey quickly folded .
Combes has been on a heater in the past few orbits and now has well over half a million chips with just seven eliminations to go until the day ends.

On a board of 5♣J♣A♣10♦K♥, there were already around 40,000 chips in the pot when Nicholas Fellone and Tom Middleton checked it over to Barny Boatman, who fired 45,000. Fellone took his time to act and eventually called, then Middleton quickly mucked.
Boatman tabled K♠Q♦ for Broadway, and Fellone mucked his cards.
On the other tables, both Pierre Ostercamp and Martin Donoghue were eliminated.
Eriks Krumins was under the gun and shipped his stack of over 30,000 into the middle. When the action got to Raefe Tucker in the small blind, he made the call.

Krumins was dominated and found no help from the 10♣4♣8♠10♥7♣ board, which meant he was eliminated as the money bubble looms closer.
With 15,000 chips in the pot on a flop of 8♣9♦4♦, Trevor Reardon checked it over to Jason Barton, who fired 7,000. Reardon then check-raised to 22,000, and Barton called.
Both then checked to showdown on the 10♥ turn and 8♠ river where Barton's J♠9♠ was good, as Reardon mucked.
Moments earlier, Trevor Pearson and Andrew Probyn were eliminated.
