River Saves Darcourt
Niveau 3
: Blinds 200/500, 500 ante
Guillaume Darcourt raised to 1,400 from the small blind, Orey Canarinho three-bet to 4,300 from the big blind, Darcourt jammed for 19,600, and Canarinho snapped it off.
Guillaume Darcourt: K♦J♦
Orey Canarinho A♣Q♠
Canarinho was the slight favorite and it stayed that way on the 9♣4♥2♥ flop as well as the 9♦ turn. However, the dealer fanned out the K♣ on the river to give Darcourt top pair and the river saved him from heading to the rebuy cage as he collected a full double.
