El Bakkouri Bluff-Catches with Aces
Niveau 4
: Blinds 300/600, 600 ante
Didier Secheresse opened to 1,800 from under the gun and then called after Mohamed El Bakkouri three-bet to around 7,000 from the cutoff.
On the K♠9♥3♥ flop, El Bakkouri continued for 10,000 and Secheresse put in the call.
The K♦ turn checked through to the 2♥ river which saw Secheresse bet 11,000. El Bakkouri was uncomfortable after the flush completed and the king paired but decided to call.
Didier Secheresse: A♣Q♣
Mohamed El Bakkouri: A♠A♥
Secheresse was bluffing while Bakkouri made the correct call with his aces on a dangerous board as he dragged another pot.
