Di Meglio Finds the Right Call and Holds
Niveau 10
: Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
"Luxusreisen" opened from the hijack and was called by Mathieu Di Meglio in the big blind.
On the Q♠5♦4♣ flop, Di Meglio led for 15,500. Luxusreisen responded with a jam for 78,500. Di Meglio tanked for around two minutes before he finally put in the call.
Luxusreisen: 7♥6♥
Mathieu Di Meglio: 5♥2♥
Luxusreisen jammed with an open-ended straight draw while Di Meglio called it off with just middle pair. Luxusreisen had plenty of outs to improve but none of them came on the 4♠A♠ runout as he hit the exit.
