Cappello Jams the River

Niveau 12 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Bryn Kenney opened from under the gun to 12,000. Larry Greenberg called in the cutoff and Chris Hunichen called on the button. In the big blind, Joseph Cappello called as well creating four-way action.

The flop was {A-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}{9-Spades} and action checked through to the {9-Hearts} on the turn. There, Cappello put out a bet of 15,000. Kenney folded while Greenberg and Hunichen both called.

The river was the {7-Hearts} and Cappello decided to just move all in for 120,000. Greenberg folded as did Hunichen after a few seconds so Cappello raked in the pot.

The Leader has Fallen to Bonomo

Niveau 11 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Sean Winter
Sean Winter

The current 2019 USPO point leader Sean Winter moved all in for 99,000 from the cutoff and Justin Bonomo called from the big blind, players turned over their hands.

Justin Bonomo: {a-Hearts}{9-Spades}
Sean Winter: {8-Spades}{8-Clubs}

The flop came down {4-Hearts}{4-Spades}{2-Diamonds} and Winter was in good shape to secure a double up. A {3-Hearts} on the turn gave Bonomo a few more outs to take down Winter and the {a-Spades} on the river was one of them.

Just like that Bonomo did what everyone in the room except Winter was hoping for, knocking out the current point leader with a lucky ace on the river.
