Action folded to the button where Nick Petrangelo opened with a raise to 6,500. Elio Fox was in the small blind and he thought it over for a bit before moving all in with a covering stack on both Jake Schindler in the big blind and Petrangelo. On Saturday night, Lauren Roberts battled her way through the final table of Event #3 of the U.S. Poker Open that included the likes of Koray Aldemir, Stephen Chidwick, Brandon Adams and Sean Winter.
Roberts outlasted 91 entries to claim the $218,400 first prize and made personal and poker history. The win was her first live tournament triumph and her USPO victory was the first by a woman.

Brandon Adams opened to 9,000 from the hijack, Koray Aldemir called in the big blind and the flop came down . Action checked to Adams, he bet 12,000 and Aldemir called.
The fell on the turn, Aldemir threw in a bet of 10,000 and Adams raised to 47,000. Aldemir smiled and chucked in his cards, sending the pot to Adams.
