Guedj Spikes the River to Send Opponent to the Rail
Niveau 13
: Blinds 1,200/2,500, 2,500 ante
The under-the-gun player raised to 5,500 and the cutoff moved all in for 37,000. Yann Guedj cold four-bet jammed from the big blind, covering both players, and the original raiser folded.
Cutoff: 2♣2♥
Yann Guedj: A♥K♠
The first four cards landed Q♥5♥7♣9♠, which looked safe for the pocket deuces, however, the river landed the A♣ and the cutoff was sent to the rail.
