Sullivan Gets Value After Flopping the Nuts
Niveau 14
: Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Amber Sullivan limped in from the button, Jen-Yue Chiang, completed in the small blind, and the big blind checked their option.
The Q♥J♥7♥ flop saw the action check to Sullivan, who took the lead for 8,000. Only Chiang called.
The 3♠ turn saw a repeat of the action, this time Sullivan sized up to 15,000.
The J♣ river saw Chiang play out of flow, leading for 8,000. Sullivan raised to 35,000 and Chiang made a reluctant call. Sullivan tabled A♥9♥ having flopped the nut flush, winning this pot.
