Shield Pays Off Abery
Niveau 9
: Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
The pot had already swelled to a massive 35,000 with two players looking at a full board 5♦A♠10♦7♦4♥.
Katherine Shield, in the small blind, checked the action to Tina Abery, in middle position. Abery bet out 11,000 and Shield went deep into the tank before making the call.
Abery rolled over 10♥10♣ for a flopped set. Shield mucked A♥K♥ faceup.
