Majed Makes the Right Call on Scary Board
Niveau 5
: Blinds 300/600, 600 ante
With two players seeing a board of 7♣3♣Q♠5♣ and roughly 25,000 already in the middle, Martin Raus bet 15,500 from the big blind and Rene Majed called from middle position.
Raus fired again for 26,500 on the 6♥ river and once again Majed made the call. Raus could only show 2♦2♥ for a small pocket pair turned into a bluff while Majed tabled A♦Q♦ for top pair, top kicker to take down a sizable pot.
