Jiang Hits the Turn to Double Through Deeb
Niveau 18
: Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
On a flop reading 9♦7♦6♣ and with about 70,000 already in the middle, Sosia Jiang jammed first to act into Shaun Deeb. Deeb was in the tank considering his action and after burning through a timebank, he arrived at a call, putting Jiang at risk and setting up a runout.
Sosia Jiang: K♦Q♦
Shaun Deeb: A♣5♣
Deeb was ahead with two cards to come, but that would change immediately as the dealer placed the Q♠ on the turn. The 9♣ completed the board and locked up a full double for Jiang.
