A Flop with Fireworks Written All Over It
Niveau 35
: Blinds 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante
With 3.3 million in the pot and a flop of J♣Q♦5♦, Gabriel Schroeder checked from the big blind with the 10♦9♦ and Daniel Neilson bet 1.1 million with the J♠J♥ for top set.
Schroeder had both flush and open-ended straight draws, but he opted to play it slow by just calling to see the 3♠ turn.
Schroeder check-called another bet, this time 4.5 million, and the 5♣ paired the board on the river.
Schroeder missed and check-folded to an all-in jam from Neilson, who improved to a full house.
