Alexander Stewart was visibly upset when his stack was scooped up by the dealer after he had lost an all-in showdown to Michael Rodrigues. On a board of 8♦5♠4♣2♦2♠, he could not beat the A♠8♣ of Rodrigues and exclaimed "I asked if it was all of it, don't just scoop it up" before quickly heading out of the tournament area.

Mixed game specialist Rodrigues jumped to around two times the average stack.

Botez Gets it All Back

Alexandra Botez opened to 4,000 from the small blind and Jose Zurita defended from the big blind.

The flop came A♣Q♦4♠ and Botez fired a 5,000 continuation bet that was called by Zurita.

Botez bet again for 10,000 on the 10♣ turn and once again Zurita made the call.

On the 8♣ river Botez sized up with a bet of 35,000. This time Zurita folded and Botez won back roughly the same amount of chips she had lost exactly one hand earlier.

Barnes Bailed Out on the River

Andrew Barnes opened to 3,500 from the hijack and received calls from Oleksandr Turych in the small blind and Alexandra Botez in the big blind.

All three players checked the 7♣7♠3♣ flop leading to the 6♣ turn. Turych checked, Botez bet 4,500, Barnes called and Turych folded.

Botez bet again for 10,000 on the 8♣ river and once again Barnes made the call.

Barnes tabled A♣J♥ for an ace-high flush made on the river. Botez revealed the Q♠ in her hand, mentioning that she mistook it for a club earlier in the hand and had to follow through before conceding the pot to Barnes.

Teusl Lays Down the Hammer

This hand begun with one of the tablemates explaining to PokerNews that the entire table had agreed to "show one" if they won a hand.

It then started with a 2,000 open by Jessica Teusl from middle position followed by a small blind flat from Davidi Kitai and a big blind defend from Iurii Zuev.

The J♥A♠Q♦ flop landed and the action checked to Teusl who continued for 1,500. Both of her opponents called.

The 3♥ rolled off on the turn and the action checked to Teusl who only took a moment before bombing it to 15,000. Both players found a fold and in the spirit of the game she showed the 8♥ before the chips were passed her way.

Snejberg Shuts Down Boeken on the River

Noah Boeken raised to 2,200 from the hijack and found two callers in Josef Snejberg in the small blind and the player in the big blind before seeing the flop come 7♦8♦2♦.

All three players checked through to see the turn bring the Q♥.

Snejberg grabbed chips and led with a bet of 2,500. The big blind quickly folded, but Boeken made the call to see the 3♦ fall on the river.

Snejberg opted to lead again, this time in the amount of 9,000. Boeken tossed his cards into the muck as Snejberg collected the pot uncontested.

Kuznetsov Eliminated by Lonis

Nikita Kuznetsov flat-called a raise to 2,200 while in the cutoff and Jesse Lonis then three-bet to 10,800 in the small blind. The initial raiser folded and Kuznetsov called, which led them to the Q♠9♠5♣ flop.

Lonis continued for 15,200 and earned a reluctant call from Kuznetsov, who then faced the shove by Lonis on the J♣ turn.

"How much is it?" Kuznetsov asked and the shove of Lonis was for 42,200. Half a minute later, the Russian called and instantly asked "do you have kings?"

Bujok Takes Colossal Pot with Cowboys

Szymon Bujok opened to 2,000 from early position and Martin Raus three-bet to 6,700 from the hijack. Rene Majed then put in a four-bet to 17,000 from the small blind that was called by both Bujok and Raus.

Majed fired a 14,000 continuation bet on the 3♣3♦2♦ flop that was called by both Bujok and Raus.

On the K♠ turn action checked around to Raus, who moved all in for 47,500. Majed thought for about one minute before making the call, only for Bujok to raise to 100,000. After another minute in the tank Majed mucked his hand leaving Raus all in and at risk.

Raus had made an ambitious bluff with ace-high and was drawing dead against Bujok who had turned a full house. The 5♠ river was inconsequential and Bujok dragged in a massive pot, putting himself among the chip leaders of the tournament currently while making a major dent in Majed's stack and sending Raus to the rail.
