Pedro Garagnani raised to 450,000 in the cutoff and Daniel Neilson three-bet to 1,550,000 in the small blind.
Action folded back to Garagnani who thought about his decision and four-bet jammed. Neilson quickly called all in for his 6,975,000.

The 10♥7♥4♥ flop was a safe one for the Brazilian, but the K♠ hit the felt on the turn. Garagnani needed a jack or heart, but the 2♣ river bricked out and Neilson scored the huge double to hold twice the average stack.

Action folded to the player on the button who raised to 400,000 only to see Gabriel Schroeder in the small blind come in for a three-bet to 1,600,000. Moshe Refaelowitz was in the big blind and after a brief moment, he announced all-in for not much more.
The button got out of the way and Schroeder made the snap-call to set up a runout with Refaelowitz at risk.

Refaelowitz would need a lot of help to survive the all-in and extend his Main Event run and when the 9♣ appeared as the door card, it looked like that help had come but the relief was short-lived as the 8♣A♥ appeared behind the nine for set over set on the flop.
Refaelowitz would now need the last nine in the deck to survive but when the turn and river came the 2♥ and J♥, his fate was seal as he exited the tournament area in 22nd place for $90,000.

Jacopo Achille raised to 400,000 from early position and faced an almost all-in three-bet from Kevin Martin in the small blind to 3,700,000, leaving himself just 100,000 behind. The big blind folded and with action back on Achille, he jammed to get the rest of Martin's chips in. Martin didn't seem happy but did call off his last 100,000 to put himself at risk and set up a runout.

Martin get the bad news that he'd run into aces and politely requested his "one time" before seeing the flop come Q♣4♦2♠.
