Ki Knocks Out Bonomo
Niveau 3
: Blinds 300/600, 600 ante
Jesse Lonis had opened from the cutoff only for Justin Bonomo to three-bet to 4,000 from the button. Junhyougn Ki then put in a four-bet to 13,000 and Lonis folded. Bonomo moved all in for approximately 35,000 and Ki snap-called with a covering stack to put Bonomo at risk.
Justin Bonomo: A♠Q♥
Junhyoung Ki: A♦K♣
Bonomo was in rough shape with a weaker ace and the K♠9♦5♦ flop left him drawing nearly dead. He found no improvement on the 7♣ turn or 4♠ river and made his exit from the tournament area while Ki took down a nice early pot.
