Seidel Scores a Knockout

Connor Richards

Niveau 9 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Erik Seidel opened in the cutoff and Pedro Padilha defended out of the big blind.

The flop landed A♠10♦8♥ and Padilha led all in for 22,000. Seidel quickly called with a bigger stack.

Pedro Padilha: 8♣6♠
Erik Seidel: A♣5♣

Seidel had flopped the better pair and nothing changed on the runout of 9♣4♠ to send Padilha to Margaritaville ahead of the dinner break.
