Day 3 of $1,000 Mini Main Event Begins at 2 PM Local Time

The action continues here at 2023 World Series of Poker Paradise at Atlantis Resort with Day 3 of Event #4: $1,000 Mini Main Event. Day 3 will begin at 2:00 p.m. local time and will play until a winner is crowned.

The fourth event of the series crushed it's $1,000,000 guarantee, attracting a total field of 2,234 entrants across four starting flights to generate a total prize pool of $2,234,000. A total of 335 players advanced to Day 2 to receive at least a min-cash of $1,700. Those 335 hopefuls were whittled down further until only 23 players remained to advance to the third and final day.

Dan Stavila leads the final 23 players to start the day, having bagged 11,275,000 chips worth 45 big blinds going into Day 3. Stavila is the only player to exceed 10,000,000 chips so far and is most closely followed by Martin Raus (7,500,000) and Viktor Herr (5,200,000).

Day 3 will play 40-minute levels with a 15-minute break scheduled after every 3 levels with the blinds starting at 125,000/250,000 with a 250,000 big blind ante. The remaining 23 players are all guaranteed at least $11,300 but all eyes will be on the top prize of $334,380 as well as a coveted WSOP gold bracelet.
