Derwiche Leaves West on Fumes
Niveau 15
: Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Jonathan West opened in middle position before Imad Derwiche potted it from the cutoff. West called and they were off to a flop with less than pot behind and West covering.
The 6♦3♥3♠ flop hit the felt and after a little accounting and a few moments in the tank West moved all in and Derwiche snap called.
Imad Derwiche: A♠A♥J♦8♣
Jonathan West: A♦8♠4♦7♠
The 9♠ turn brought in a sweat but the K♦ river was a blank and West would ship all but his whole stack over to Derwiche as hand for hand rages on.
