Davies Scores a Double Knockout
Niveau 18
: 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Seth Davies raised to 110,000 under the gun and Matthias Eibinger three-bet to 300,000 in the cutoff, leaving just 25,000 behind. Timothy Adams put in his last 65,000 from the small blind, while Davies also called.
The flop came J♠9♦2♣ and they got Eibinger's last chips in the middle.
Timothy Adams: K♣5♣
Matthias Eibinger: 6♣6♥
Seth Davies: Q♣J♦
Davies was ahead with top pair, while the rest of the board ran out 10♥J♥ to improve Davies to trips and send both Adams and Eibinger to the rail.
