Chouity Gets the Fold on the River
Niveau 10
: Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Nicolas Chouity opened 50,000 in the hijack and only Frank Funaro came along next to act.
Both players checked to the J♥5♠4♥10♦ turn, where Chouity fired 90,000. Funaro took a few moments and made the call.
The 2♥ completed the board on the river and Chouity announced a bet of 275,000 as he dropped three chips across the line. Funaro thought about it for about 30 seconds before pitching his cards into the muck.
