Samual Scores a Double Knockout
Niveau 22
: 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante
Alex Keating was first to act and ripped all in for his last 2,500,000 chips from under the gun. Dzmitry Urbanovich also pushed all in for around 3,000,000 in the hijack. Darius Samual was waiting on the button and flicked in a call to put both players at risk.
Alex Keating: K♠J♥
Dzmitry Urbanovich: 9♣9♦
Darius Samual: K♥K♦
The flop fell 8♦7♦2♦ and Samual was left holding the best hand and the best flush draw. The 8♥ on the turn meant Keating was eliminated and the 10♣ on the river also eliminated Urbanovich.
