Belcher and James Toss a Coin
Niveau 24
: Blinds 200,000/400,000, 400,000 ante
Aren James raised to 1,000,000 in early position and Matthew Belcher shipped all in for just over 6,000,000 from the big blind. James asked for a count and then called off his stack of 5,100,000.
Aren James: A♦Q♣
Matthew Belcher: 7♣7♦
The flop of J♥J♣6♣ favored Belcher who was holding the pocket pair. The 3♦ on the turn and the 3♣ on the river made no impact as James was eliminated from the tournament.
