Melogno Leaves Moneymaker Talking to Himself

Niveau 26 : Blinds 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante

Chris Moneymaker raised to 1,200,000 in early position and Pablo Melogno three-bet to 3,300,000 on the button. Moneymaker called and they went heads-up to a flop of 1032. Both players checked and the 4 rolled off on the turn.

Moneymaker checked again and Melogno announced a bet of 2,425,000. Moneymaker called and the 8 completed the board. Moneymaker checked one last time and Melogno reached back for a bet of 14,475,000. Moneymaker burned through one of his time banks but opted to lay his hand down.

"Ace-five is just too much in your range," Moneymaker said after the hand but got no response. "It was a good bet. Or a bad bet if you wanted to get called."
