Après qu'un joueur ait limpé Daniel Negreanu relance à 12,000 et Clonie Gowen surelance à 35,000 depuis la small blind. Le limper se couche et le canadien paie. Le flop arrive {3-Hearts} {2-Spades} {8-Spades} et Gowen fait feu pour 40,000 que paie Negreanu. Mais quand l'{A-Spades} tombe à la turn,Gowen envoie 55,000 trop cher pour Negreanu qui abandonne ce pot. Gowen a maintenant 300,000 alors que Negreanu redescend à 340,000.
