Tran Takes from Franco

Sonny Franco raised to 38,000 from middle position and JC Tran called from the button. They went heads-up to the {a-Hearts}{8-Spades}{2-Hearts} flop and Franco continued with a bet of 27,000. Tran called and the {10-Hearts} hit the turn. Franco checked to Tran who bet 56,000 and Franco called.

The river was the {7-Hearts} and again Franco checked to Tran who bet 115,000. Franco quickly folded and Tran took the pot without a showdown.

Brown Turns a Flush to Double Up

Niveau 22 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante
Rob Brown
Rob Brown

The action folded to Rob Brown in the cutoff and he moved all in for 200,000. Josh Bergman called from the big blind turning over {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds} and Brown would need to improve holding {a-Clubs}{3-Clubs}.

The dealer fanned the {9-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} flop and Brown flopped the nut flush. The turn was the {5-Clubs} improving Brown to the nut flush leaving Bergman drawing dead. The meaningless {8-Hearts} completed the board and Brown doubled his stack.
