Clements Wins Some Chips

The player in the hijack raised to 600 and it was called by the small blind. Scott Clements, in the big blind, raised it to 2,300 and only the hijack player made the call.

On the flop , Clements moved all in for 3,200 after his opponent checked. After some thought, the latter folded and Clements earned the pot.

Mahmood Straightens Out Boatman

Barny Boatman got his stack of 24,500 all in pre-flop holding against the of Ayaz Mahmood. The board ran out and Mahmood improved to an eight high straight to send Boatman to the rail. "I knew what he was doing, I didn't like it but I had to get it in" said Boatman as he made his way toward the exit.

The small blind called and with the action on Thomas Taylor in the big blind he put his last 10,250 into the pot. The late position player called for his last 9,000 and both Wallace and the small blind called.

Anderson Loses a Small Pot

On the flop , Anderson checked and called his opponent's all-in for 725. With for Anderson and for his opponent, the latter was in good shape to double.
