Naumann Barrels Every Street

Niveau 16 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante
Jacob Naumann
Jacob Naumann

Play was on the flop, with {j-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} out.

Jacob Naumann bet 26,000 on the flop, which was check-called, then on the {10-Hearts} turn, he bet 31,000, which was also check-called.

The final card was a {9-Hearts}, bringing backdoor hearts and a one-card straight. Naumann wasted little time going all-in for 81,000. He got a fold and just a couple of hands later, the table broke.

Sucov Chipping Up

Niveau 16 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

Andrew Brokos has been on top of the chip counts for much of Day 2 here in Event #43: $2,500 No-Limit Hold'em but another player has been quietly amassing chips. Edan Sucov was flying under the radar for much of the day but that is no longer the case.

Sucov is now playing one of the biggest stacks in the room with 585,000 and the field is thinning fast with just 90 players remaining.

Jake Schwartz

Jake Schwartz moved all in for his last 37,000 from late position and it folded to Andre Haneberg in the big blind and he called. Schwartz showed {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} but would need to improve against the {a-Spades}{q-Hearts} of Haneberg.

The board ran out clean for Haneberg and Schwartz was eliminated just before the dinner break.

Action folded round to the button who had around 10 big blinds. He moved all in and Dylan Linde called from the small blind with {a-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} to find he was flipping against {3-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}.

The flop came {7-Clubs}{10-Spades}{j-Diamonds} and the pocket threes moved ahead. The {a-Clubs} turn put Linde into the lead and the {k-Clubs} river netted him the pot.

Taylor Paur
Taylor Paur

Taylor Paur raised from the button and Mike Marder called from the big blind. They went heads up to the {q-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} flop and Marder checked. Paur tossed out a bet of 9,500 and Marder called.

The turn was the {10-Hearts} and both players knuckled the felt. The {k-Clubs} completed the board and Marder checked for a third time. Paur bet 22,500 and Marder wasted no time tossing his hand into the muck.
