Todd Ivens just doubled up through Michael Mizrachi and he got some extra chips in the pot from Michael Addamo.
Mizrachi raised from the under-the-gun position to 20,000 and Addamo called from the cutoff. Todd Ivens moved all in from the button for a total of 66,000, and when the action was back on Mizrachi, he four-bet to 200,000. Addamo folded and they opened up their cards.
