Niveau 27 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Oliver Bithell raised and picked up two callers in Jiwoon Kim and Jonathan Dempsey on the button. The {k-Clubs}{q-Spades}{10-Spades} flop was checked to Kim and he made it 200,000 to go. Dempsey released his cards into the muck and Bithell called.

The {4-Spades} turn was checked and Bithell check-folded the {6-Spades} river when facing a bet of 350,000 by Kim.

Heidorn Catches Hachem After Four-Minute Tank

Niveau 27 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Robert Heidorn
Robert Heidorn

With about 2 million in the pot, Robert Heidorn bet 1,350,000 in the small blind on {8-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{9-Spades}. Daniel Hachem called on the button and the river was a {4-Hearts}. Heidorn checked. Hachem thought a little bit and then bet 1.5 million. Heidorn went deep into the tank, shifting several times in his chair and thinking for about four minutes before someone called a clock.

As the five-second countdown was beginning, Heidorn grabbed some chips and tossed them in. Hachem tabled {10-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} and the dealer mistakenly called a straight before correcting himself. One pair was no good as Heidorn had {k-Clubs}{q-Spades}.

"Nice hand," Hachem said. "Two-point-four and you fold?"

"I don't know," Heidorn said.

Duthweiler Doubles Through Auzoux

Niveau 27 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Tobias Duthweiler opened to 200,000 in early position and Gregoire Auzoux three-bet to 675,000 just a couple of seats over. The action folded back to Duthweiler who shipped all in for 1,705,000 and Auzoux quickly called.

Tobias Duthweiler: {j-Hearts}{j-Clubs}
Gregoire Auzoux: {a-Hearts}{j-Spades}

Duthweiler was just looking to avoid an ace and the flop of {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} just did that. The {j-Diamonds} on the turn ensured Duthweiler of at least half of the pot and the {10-Spades} on the river locked up a full double for him.

Lewis Makes the Right Call

Niveau 27 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

The board read {a-Clubs}{q-Spades}{q-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{9-Hearts} with a substantial pot in the middle already. Gregoire Auzoux had bet 1,000,000 and Austin Lewis was sitting in the tank while the camera crew swarmed the table.

In the end, Lewis announced the call and put some chips over the line. Auzoux turned around {7-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} to play the board while Lewis held {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds} for the higher two pair than the board to scoop the pot.

Foxen and Jones Chop

Niveau 27 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Alex Foxen announced a raise to 1,900,000 from the hijack and Atlee Jones tossed in a single chip and revealed his {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}.

"I'm not all in," responded Foxen.

Foxen had 70,000 behind and the dealer called the floor over to make the ruling that the hand would continue as normal.

The dealer spread the {9-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} flop and Foxen committed his final 70,000 and tabled his {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}.

The turn and river landed the {j-Diamonds} and {a-Hearts}, and the pot was chopped up.

Patgorski Loses Chunk to Pustoslemsek

Niveau 27 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Dejan Pustoslemsek raised to 225,000 from the cutoff and Gabe Patgorski three-bet to 675,000 in the small blind. The big blind folded and Pustoslemsek called.

The flop came {6-Clubs}{4-Spades}{8-Spades}, Patgorski check-called the 300,000 bet of Pustoslemsek.

The turn was the {2-Clubs}, Patgorski checked again and now Pustoslemsek fired a bet of 700,000 into the pot. Patgorski contemplated his options for a bit and then made the call.

The river completed the board with the {q-Spades}, Patgorski checked. Pustoslemsek barreled a 1,000,000 bet over the line which sent Patgorski into the tank. After about two minutes, he apologized to the table and considered the possibilities for a bit longer. In the end, Patgorski made the call but mucked when Pustoslemsek tabled {6-Spades}{6-Diamonds} for the flopped set of sixes.

Nicholas Marchington has recovered some chips after losing a big pot to David Guay and sent John Hashem to the rail. The chips went in preflop and Hashem ended up all in and at risk with the {k-Hearts}{q-Clubs}. Marchington tabled {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs} and held up thanks to a board of {j-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{10-Spades}{3-Clubs}, which kept ace-king high in the lead and sent Hashem to the rail in 98th place.

After an early open to 225,000, Benjamin Souriau shoved for 1,615,000. Milos Skrbic cold-called in the small blind and the opener tank-folded {8-}{8-} face up.

"Easy fold," Skrbic said, showing {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}.

He was dominating Souriau's {a-Hearts}{q-Spades} and the dealer fired out a board of {2-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} in a hurry, leaving Souriau with little to sweat.
