Arkadiy Tsinis was seemingly missing at the start and lost several minutes of time bank before returning and folding his hand. Maicon Gasperin called in the cutoff and Stoyan Madanzhiev defended the big blind.
The flop came and Madanzhiev checked. Piccioli bet 502,200, Gasperin called, and Madanzhiev called as well.
