2021 WSOP Online at GGPoker

The final week of the 2021 GGPoker WSOP Online Bracelet Events has arrived and only a handful of chances remain for poker enthusiasts from all over the world to take a shot at the coveted gold bracelet. Their next opportunity awaits in Event #28: $2,100 Bounty Championship, which gets underway at 5pm GMT.

This progressive knockout competition will see $1,000 each go towards the cash and bounty pool and a prize of at least $500 will be awarded for each player eliminated. Around half an hour prior to the start, there are already more than 150 players registered and those include such notables as Niklas Astedt, Dara O'Kearney, Manig Loeser, Jessica Teusl, Wiktor Malinowski, Gleb Tremzin, Kacper Pyzara and GGPoker StreamSquad member Patrick "Egption" Tardif.

Many more big names will enter the fray in the hours to come as the tournament features a late registration of four hours and five minutes. All levels will last 15 minutes each and the players start with 50,000 in chips, which represents 200 big blinds in the first level of the day at blinds of 100-200 with a running ante of 25. During the late registration period, all participants can re-enter up to two times in order to take another shot at the gold bracelet.

This tournament will play down to a winner throughout two days in an eight-handed format. Day 1 will finish upon completion of level 32 or when the last nine players remain, whichever of the two comes first. The final table blind rollback will be enabled to ensure an average stack of at least 40 big blinds for the final nine on Wednesday, September 8.

Stay tuned for the fast-paced and action-loaded bounty action right here on PokerNews, as the newest WSOP gold bracelet winner will be crowned.
