Jason Lipiner
Jason Lipiner

Phil Hellmuth started things off with a raise to 40,000 from the cut-off and Jason Lipiner called from the button.

The action was on Hellmuth first and he stood pat while Lipiner drew one. Then, Hellmuth fired out a bet of 22,000 and Lipiner raised to 60,000. This sent Hellmuth deep into the tank, but he eventually opted to fold, and Lipiner was awarded the pot.

Gerhart Gets a Fold

Niveau 19 : 6,000/12,000, 18,000 ante

The level of action has toned down considerably since getting down to the final two tables.

In a recent hand, action folded around to the blinds, where Kevin Gerhart raised to 24,000 from the small and was called by Dario Sammartino in the big.

Gerhart stood pat and Sammartino drew two.

Gerhart then bet 55,000 and Sammartino folded.

Bojang Doubles Through Fitch

Niveau 18 : 5,000/10,000, 15,000 ante

Chris Vitch raised to 20,000 from under the gun and was re-raised all-in for 146,000 by Ismael Bojang from the small blind.

Then Vitch drew one and Bojang took one. It was the {8-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{5-Spades}{3-Diamonds} for an eight-seven low of Bojang's that defeated the {3-Spades}{3-Clubs}{9-Spades}{6-Spades}{2-Spades} pair of treys of Fitch's, and Bojang doubled up.
