The flop came out offering no help to the losing hands, but the turn put Mateos squarely in the front to win the main pot. The river came the last remaining queen in the deck, giving Pattni a set. Mateos tapped the table, wished his tablemates a good game and left the tournament area as Pattni not only scored a double, but a knockout of Mateos.
At another table, Frank Funaro also was eliminated from the tournament.
