With a board reading {q-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{2-Hearts} both Marsha Wolak and her opponent had their hands tabled and it was Wolak collecting the opponent's stack of approximately 60,000.

Her opponent had the {j-Spades}{j-Diamonds} tabled, while she was showing the {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds} for queens full of twos and scooped the pot.

Niveau 9 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Allan Rosen raised to 3,200 from the button. "I didn't even look," said the big blind before calling all in for his last few thousand chips.

Big Blind: {8-Diamonds}{4-Spades}
Allan Rosen: {q-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}

Rosen flopped a queen on {q-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}, leaving his opponent drawing to runner-runner, and secured the knockout when the board ran out {10-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}, leaving him with two pair.

Farrar Hangs Tough Against Greenstein

Niveau 9 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Barry Greenstein raised to 2,700 from middle position and found one caller in Marc Farrar in the big blind.

Farrar then check-called bets from Greenstein twice. First for a 3,500 bet on the {8-Spades}{8-Clubs}{6-Hearts} flop and again for 6,500 on the {3-Clubs} turn.

Both players checked on the {9-Diamonds} river and Farrar tabled {a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}. It was good, as Greenstein mucked — conceding the pot to Farrar.

Fallas Doubles With Kings

Niveau 9 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

"We have a big one brewing here," tablemate Pat Lyons said after Mike Fallas had raised pre-flop from under the gun and the player to his left three-bet.

The next player to act tanked for about a minute before folding, then Fallas moved all in for around 35,000 when action folded back around to him. His opponent called.

Mike Fallas: {k-Hearts}{k-Spades}
Opponent: {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}

Fallas' kings stayed ahead on the {6-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{8-Spades} board to double up. The player who tank-folded later claimed to have had {a-}{k-} suited.

A Chip and a Chair

Niveau 9 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Jeff Miller was facing an all-in bet of around 35,000 on a flop of {10-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{7-Hearts}. He called with {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts} for a flush draw, while his opponent showed {a-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}.

The {2-Diamonds} turn didn't help Miller, but the {8-Hearts} on the river completed his flush and cracked his opponent's aces.

The all-in player bowed his head in resignation before realizing he had left one 1,000 chip behind.

"I didn't realize that was there. I don't know what to do now," he said before sitting back down, still alive in the tournament for now.

Thomas Bets the Turn

Niveau 9 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

In a five-way limped pot, the flop came {7-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{2-Hearts}. The action checked to the player who limped in first and he fired out a bet of 4,000 and only Michael Thomas made the call.

On the {j-Clubs} turn, the player who bet the flop checked to Thomas who threw in a bet of 12,000. It seemed an easy fold as his opponents cards quickly hit the muck.

Lewis Shoves the Flop

Niveau 9 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

An under-the-gun player raised pre-flop before Rick Lewis three-bet to 7,000 two seats to his left. Action folded back around, and the original raiser called and checked in the dark.

Lewis shoved his remaining stack, about 25,000, in the middle. "I know you had to do that no matter what," his opponent said.

"Do you want to see," Lewis asked.

"I want to see," the under-the-gun player responded.

"After the hand is over," Lewis responded as they both shared a laugh.

His opponent eventually folded {9-}{9-} face-up, while Lewis showed {q-}{q-}.

A few hands earlier, Lewis had lost most of his chips to Paul Kozusko with {k-}{j-} against pocket fives on a {j-}{5-}{x-} flop.
