Chuldjian Puts on Oscar-Worthy Performance

Niveau 2 : 100/200, 200 ante

Avedis Chuldjian was facing a pre-flop bet and looked deep in thought before throwing the rest of his chips in the middle.

"Whatever I have left," Chuldjian said, which was about 10,000. His opponent called with {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}, but Chuldjian turned over {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}.

The {3-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{7-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} board ran out safe for Chuldjian and he doubled up.

"What an acting job," a tablemate said to him after the hand.

Seif Keeps Firing

Niveau 2 : 100/200, 200 ante

Mark Seif raised pre-flop from early position and was called by a player on the button. The flop came {q-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{8-Spades} and Seif fired out 600, his opponent called.

They then called another 1,800 bet from Seif on the {2-Diamonds} turn. Seif led out again on the {q-Clubs} river, this time for 2,500. The button called.

"It will be hard for me to win this hand," Seif said, turning over {a-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} for just ace-high. His opponent showed {k-Hearts}{q-Spades} for trip queens to win the pot.

Zakheim Takes From Aldridge

Niveau 2 : 100/200, 200 ante

Ken Aldridge raised to 500 on the button and was called by the small blind and Scott Zakheim in the big.

It was checked to Aldridge on the {4-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs} flop and he downbet to 200. Both of his opponents called.

Ott Rojanavongse
Ott Rojanavongse

Ott Rojanavongse and two opponents saw a flop of {3-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{10-Spades}. The player in the cutoff bet 2,000 and was called by Rojanavongse on the button and a player in middle position.

The {3-Hearts} fell on the turn and action checked to Rojanavongse. He bet 6,000 and the player in middle position moved all in for around 15,000. The cutoff quickly folded.

Rojanavongse took his time and asked for a count before calling. His opponent showed {k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} for a pair of kings, but Rojanavongse turned over {a-Spades}{k-Clubs} for kings and a higher kicker.

The {4-Clubs} fell on the river and Rojanavongse claimed an early knockout.

"He had been playing so tight," a tablemate said about the departed player.

"That's the only thing that slowed me down," Rojanavongse responded.
