Matusow Clashes with Yeh

Niveau 18 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

A short time after running into a cooler against Andrew Yeh, Mike Matusow was locked into another hand against the Omaha specialist.

With around 45,000 in the pot and {j-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{10-Spades}{10-Diamonds} on the board, Yeh checked from the small blind and Matusow fired 15,000 from the button. Yeh called and the river was {10-Hearts}.

Matusow bet 65,000 after Yeh checked the river. Yeh called and turned over {q-Clubs}{q-Spades}{k-Hearts}{5-Clubs} for tens full of queens. Matusow mucked the losing hand.

Wilkerson Doubles Through Radanov

Niveau 19 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

The action was discovered on a completed board of {9-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{2-Spades}{6-Clubs}{9-Clubs} with Dylan Wilkerson who faced an all-in bet from Dajan Radanov, who had Wilkerson covered.

After a few minutes in the tank, Wilkerson opted to call and tabled {6-Spades}{6-Spades}{3-Spades}{2-Diamonds} for a full house, sixes full of nines, and Radanov whirled his cards directly into the muck.

Matusow and Melius Take from Yeh

Niveau 19 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Mike Matusow
Mike Matusow

Mike Matusow got it all in for around 135,000 from middle position before the flop and Andrew Yeh called from the cutoff. Barth Melius came along from the small blind to start a side pot with Yeh.

The flop was {3-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} and Melius shoved for his last 159,000. Yeh called.

Mike Matusow: {q-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{9-Diamonds}
Barth Melius: {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}
Andrew Yeh: {a-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{2-Hearts}

Matusow had a pair of nines, Yeh had threes, and Melius led with a pair of aces.

The turn was {7-Hearts} and the river {9-Spades} to give Matusow three nines to take the main pot. Melius dragged the side pot with aces and nines while Yeh was left to regroup with just over 300,000.

Wiesner Doubles Up Through Allen

Niveau 19 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

The action was discovered on a completed board of {7-Clubs}{a-Clubs}{a-Spades}{9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} with Nathaniel Weisner all-in and at risk against Ritchie Allen.

The hands were turned face-up and it was the {a-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{2-Spades} for aces full of nines held by Wiesner that bested the {a-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{j-Hearts}{3-Spades} held by Allen, and the former survived his all-in and doubled up.
