Georgios Sotiropoulos

The final day of the Event #65: $1,000 Mini Main Event gets underway at noon local time.

Yesterday's Day 2 saw 282 players return to the felt. After 19 levels of play, only five remained, with two-time WSOP bracelet winner Georgios Sotiropoulos leading the pack by a large margin with 105,550,000 chips.

Sotiropoulos holds a commanding chip lead as he looks to capture his third WSOP bracelet; he returns to the tables with almost half of the chips in play. Attempting to chase down Sotiropoulos are the likes of Jordan Meltzer (39,075,000) and Wataru Miyashita (35,900,000), who are neck-in-neck in chips. James Patterson (26,600,000), and James Rubinski (22,325,000) are sitting towards the bottom of the chip counts with roughly ten big blinds each.

All five players have secured $196,466, but all eyes will be on the $812,270 first-place prize that the eventual champion will be taking home, along with the coveted WSOP Mini Main Event bracelet!
