Emmerson Shows the Bluff

Action was on the turn on a board that read {7-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{k-Hearts}. Robert Emmerson bet the pot from the cutoff, which was 210,000 and Tony Hartmann called after much deliberation from the button.

The river came the {q-Clubs}. Emmerson went all in for 120,000. Hartmann immediately started to curse under his breath and stand up shaking his head.

"All I can beat is a stone bluff" he said. After thinking for a few minutes he flashed {a-}{j-}{9-}{6-} and folded in disgust.

"Please don't show me a bluff" he pleaded but Emmerson did just that as he turned over and spiked the {10-Spades}{10-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} on the table to confirm the fears of Hartmann and collected the pot.
