Bailey Holding Strong

Michael Bailey
Michael Bailey

A player raised to 1,000 and then called the 5,000 three-bet jam Michael Bailey made directly to their left.

Michael Bailey: {a-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}
Opponent: {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}

Bailey was behind but luckily for him, an ace appeared in the window on the {8-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{a-Hearts} flop to put him in the lead.

The {6-Spades} turn was of no consequence to Bailey, nor was the {4-Clubs} that completed the board on the river and he collected his double.

The player under the gun opened for 1,000 and action folded to Stephen Chidwick who defended his big blind.

The {9-Spades}{5-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} flop saw Chidwick check-call the 2,100 continuation bet from his opponent, and then check-raise to 14,000 after his opponent fired out 3,500 when the {10-Diamonds} turn hit the felt.

Chidwick's opponent called and the {4-Diamonds} completed the board on the river.

Chidwick led out for 20,000, his opponent snap-called only toss his cards facedown after Chidwick rolled over the nuts {k-Diamonds}{j-Spades}.

No Fear For Kerr Versus Badziakouski

Niveau 4 : 300/500, 500 ante

Mikita Badziakouski has been one of the most active players in the room today, with his stack finally topping the 100,000 chip mark recently.

That stack took a hit versus Marcus Kerr, who showed no fear against the high-stakes pro.

On a turn board of {6-Spades}{k-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{4-Hearts}, Badziakouski bet 3,500 from the big blind and got a call from Kerr in early position.

The river brought the {q-Hearts}, and Badziakouski again bet, this time for 6,200.

Kerr took his time, cut out calling chips, thought for a bit, and then cut out some more chips, making a raise to 13,500.

Without much hesitation, the Belarussian star mucked his hand, awarding the pot to Kerr.

Deeb Takes From Yanovski

Niveau 4 : 300/500, 500 ante
Shaun Deeb
Shaun Deeb

Shaun Deeb raised to 1,000 from early position only to call the 2,500 three-bet Leonid Yanovski made from the cutoff.

The flop came {j-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{q-Clubs} and Deeb check-called the 4,000 continuation bet from Yanovski. Both players checked the {3-Hearts} turn and then did the same after the {3-Spades} followed on the river.

Deeb quickly showed {k-Spades}{q-Diamonds} and it was good enough to scoop the pot after Yanovski mucked his hand facedown.

Stepuchin Takes One Out

Niveau 4 : 300/500, 500 ante

"Here he comes," a tablemate said as Frank Stepuchin raised pre-flop to 1,300. He got one caller before the player in the big blind shoved for his last 5,400. Stepuchin called and the other player folded.

All-In Player: {k-Clubs}{j-Clubs}
Frank Stepuchin: {8-Clubs}{8-Spades}

Stepuchin's opponent picked up a flush draw on {3-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} but improved no further as the board ran out {3-Spades}{q-Spades} and he was forced to end the massage he was getting and make his way to the exit.
